- No food btw 10pm till 10am and between main meals
- Max kCal intake < 1’800 kCal/day
- Food monitoring (app, scanning items)
- Food type: green, fish and others vegan food
- Minimal sport activity: 30min/day on week days 60min/day on weekends
- Vitamins and supplements
- Sleeping pattern > 7h / day
