Will start to measure the weight, body water, fat, muscles and bone density. Soon blood pressure, as it is part of the goals, as well as food intake (app).
Reporting this journey daily is a slightly time consuming. Thought to make it weekly, but at the end, it is useful to keep on track to keep it daily.
